Our company was created in 1958, when the founder Gianni Santinello started his activity as a butcher. After a short period, in 1964, he decided to improve it introducing a pig farmer.
In 1980, after the increase of the requests, Gianni permanently introduced the production of porchetta among his activities, exploiting the strength of the short supply chain.
Over time the demand for porchetta grew more and more, until the mid-1990s, when finally the company was converted to the unique production of porchetta and roast beef.
Tradition and innovation
In 1997, thanks to the entry of the new generations into the company, there was a real reorganization, significantly increasing production without affecting quality and tradition.
Today the company has a production capacity that allows it to serve the small and large-scale retail market and is expanding towards the foreign market.
Attention to the product and to the environment
Attention and respect for nature is a legacy that we carry on and defend, these values are found in our products because we always choose raw materials and aromas whose naturalness is guaranteed.
We support the environment with choices that also affect our production processes. In particular, we have chosen to install photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity that allow us to be 50% self-sufficient.
