One of our historical successes, is produced using top quality pork from 3-4 months of age.
The meat, after being cleaned and boned, is prepared with salt, spices and aromas, hand-stitched and put to rest in special boxes.
After this resting period, the meat is tied to maintain shape, compactness and put in the oven following the cooking method that we have refined over the years.
The result is a super tasty food and, thanks to our long cooking method it loses most of the fat. In fact, the calories of 100 grams of our Porchetta correspond to a yogurt cup.
