Our Roastbeef is made from beef under 24 months of age.
The meat, after being prepared, is sprinkled with salt, aromas and spices and then left to rest in our storage cells.
After the resting period, the roast beef is baked in the oven following our method.
Slow cooking allows it to trap the juices inside the meat, that make heart tender, pink and appetizing.
The result is a lean, healthy and nutritious product that has a sweet and not sapid taste.
